I ordered the Pan-Seared Day Boat Scallops with fennel, pea leaves, asian pear, vanilla bean froth. Cooked to perfection and wonderful with the vanilla flavors.
Dessert was One Market’s Fruit Sorbets made
fresh daily in the resturant. On this day it was raspberry, apple and pear sorbets with plump blackberries and poached pears and served with almond tuile.
