Ok, back to what I talk about in my blog: the food!
I started my meal with this Lobster Risotto with meyer lemon confit and truffle oil. It was rich, creamy and incredible.
My second course I had the Crispy Chicken Thigh with butternut squash and brussel sprouts. Another marvelous dish!
And dessert, Peanut Butter Beignets that when you bit into them, a rich chocolate oozzed out of them. It was served with homemade caramel ice cream and caramalized bananas. I can now only dream of this enchanting dessert in my dreams.
