How can anyone pick just one of Elizabeth Faulker’s wonderful dessert creations? At Citizen Cake you are faced with a vast case of amazing desserts. But, I managed to do it. I picked this wonderful cake; a vanilla-soaked chiffon cake with crisp vanilla bean tubes of meringue, salted caramel and vanilla buttercream. Just amazing!
Update: Sadly, Citizen Cake is now closed. Elizabeth Faulkner is now in the Brooklyn where she is the chef and pastry maker at Krescendo.
